Return Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition, unworn or unused.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package will be provided. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original purchase first. Once the return is accepted, a separate order must be placed for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please reach out for further assistance.
